5 of Our Favourite Farmshops

Is there anything better? Local produce, scrummy food and fab locations - we all love a farmshop. Today I wanted to share with you my favourite ones across the county, that are really worth a visit.

Tre, Pol & Pen farmshop

1) Tre, Pol & Pen

Edging our way near to the border, in Launceston we have Tre, Pol & Pen. The food is delicious and their restaurant is spacious. They host great events and are a hub for the local community.

Boscastle Farm Shop

2) Boscastle Farm Shop

Another popular one is Boscastle's farm shop. Set in the most stunning scenery the food is honest, local and hardly travelled.

Colwith Farm Shop

3) Colwith Farm

This is just down the road from me and it's lovely to see how the business has grown. A family run potato farm, Colwith has expanded from a simple honesty box to a lovely little farm shop (with some great gifts) and a distillery with a fab tasting tour on offer. The cafe has great countryside views and serves very tasty food, definitely worth a mention.

St Kew Farmshop

4) St Kew Farmshop

St Kew Farmshop is another business it's been a pleasure to see develop. Their social media posts wet the appetite and the food is ingredient-led and truly tasty. Their shop too has interesting local wares, houseplants, ceramics, clothing - so much to tempt. Sitting in their garden on a sunny day is pure joy.

Roskillys Farmshop on the Lizard

5) Roskilly's

Known for their ice cream, it's well worth a visit to the farm and see they are about so much more. Down on the Lizard you can wander the fields, try one of their 30 flavours of ice cream and enjoy other produce created at their Cornish farm

Have I missed your favourite? There are many more I want to explore!
